UIPATH Community Edition Activation fails

Hello Team,

I am trying to activate the UIPATh community version after my first training on UIPATH. However, I am receiving the following error while activating.

19.1.0+Branch.master.Sha.3db2bfe8751ed76c2c21f7ee16f53ff69a3e3b75

Activation failed with error: -4006
Error description: Server returned invalid XML
License status: Undetermined

Device ID: 6CuHjwxiAM8AW9tUwDY2
Computer: IN5CG8411JLN
User Name: sodandiyil

Can someone help me to figure the issue and fix.
