If you are trying to install in your corporate office, then it won’t work because of firewall restrictions.

But when I use my own wifi, it still shows error. Is it because computer’s settings?

Yes, because of computer settings. Contact your IT team.

Thanks~ IT said if it is because of firewall, they can do nothing, they can’t make the software bypass the firewall. Could you please give us some advice?

Sorry, without license, it is not possible to install and not recommended to install community in corporate offices.

May be you have to use your own computer for practice and learning purpose.
