UiPath And ML

Hi

We have a process where a call is raised in the system based on the service request queries. The service request comes in as a free text. Reading that text (free text- user can enter anything)the person decides which type of request it is and what queue should it go to. Do we have any off the shelf ML algorithm that we can use to study last few years’ data and assign the call to the correct category and also self learn from mistakes.

I am very new to the ML. Can anyone please advise me here

ML is not integrated yet into current version of Studio.
You need to wait for the upcoming official releases for the ML/AI activities to be included in the Studio.

I think we have text analysis or NLPs activities already incorporated in cognitive activities Will that help me here?.

What do I can do in my case?. I can use an external ML algorithm and integrate with UiPath?

Yes. You can create custom activities and use it in your workflow.

@KarthikByggari : I got that data from Kaggle, but in your case you need to train your model with data available at your end.
