Type: "UiPath.Excel.WorkbookApplication is not defined

Hi Guys,
I am getting the validation error which says-

Type: “Uipath.Excel.WorkbookApplication” is not defined in process.xaml file. pls advice what could this be.

where do we use this variable? is it just a formality?
