Trying to set up AD access in Orchestrator

So I am trying to set up the ability to log into Orchestrator using AD authentication… Each time I click “Windows” to log in, I get a popup asking for my network name and password. I key it in. It’s accepted.

But before I am logged into Orchestrator, the following screen flashes up for a few seconds:

Can anyone PLEASE give me some clue as to what the heck this is and why I’m seeing it?

Update: Turns out the issue was not related to our Orchestrator configuration. Problem was due to an issue with the Orchestrator URL not being in IE trusted zones. Problem solved. Thanks to anyone who had taken the time to read this and think about it.
