Trouble using bot over vpn

I am unable to create a bot and get it to connect with the source file (excel) when on vpn. does anyone have this same experience and if so, did you find a solution? thanks.

Can you please explain what you mean by bot connecting to excel over vpn?

Are you having trouble using bot over vpn or anything else?

Would you please try this-

  1. Make sure the Excel file is accessible from the VPN connection. You can test this by trying to open the file from within the VPN network.
  2. Check your firewall settings to make sure that UiPath is allowed to access the Excel file. You may need to add an exception to your firewall for UiPath or the specific Excel file.
