i’ve scheduled a bot with this cron expression:
0 0/2 8-18 ? * MON,TUE,WED,THU,FRI *
Because i want to run a job every 2 minutes 8-18 from monday to friday.
Sometimes orchestrator doesn’t launch the job, i see in the trigger section “start in a minute” but if i see the JOB section i don’t have any job in the last 40 minutes.
No error shown or logs, simply i don’t have any run, how can i fix it?
Thanks in advance
Try this Cron Expression
0 2 8-18 ? * MON,TUE,WED,THU,FRI *
Every 2 minutes Between 8-18 hours From Monday to Friday
Check timezone is correctly configured
Hope this helps
Thanks but the problem is: the scheduler haven’t been problem this week.
Only today. So i think isn’t the cron, but i try, thanks
Yes that is correct.
in trigger i’ve seen START IN A MINUTE and then no jobs started
I’m having problems today too, since 8:00 in the morning none of my triggers is working.
To day 17/07/2020 I have a problem too.
I’m having problems today too, since 8:20 in the morning none of my triggers is working.
i’m having the same problem…no trigger works, only manual start by cloud.
We have issues as well with time based triggers.
Started 8h CET.
Rebooted the robot server, no change
Started process manually.
Other planned processes start to run
But the per-5-minute robot runs once and thats it.
Another company I know has the same issues.
Adding forum staff to look this issue
Please help on this
These are my efforts so far:
- reboot server
- reinstalled robot latest version
- updated all modules
- created a new trigger to replace an existing trigger. This actually worked for 2 hours but now it doesn’t anymore.
Same here. I am also facing the same issue from today. Waiting for the resolution.
I assume if this is community edition then there could be potential problem with community server?
