Description
I have developed some projects in version 22.10.6, now I prompt to some customer.
They need to test them. Can they ask trial license to it first?

Yes, they can use and download a trial license, to use for a limited amount of days: Enterprise RPA Platform Trial - Automation Software | UiPath
Hi @wjian_991
Were/Are you on enterprise license?
If yes, directly talk to your customer manager and they should be able to guide you.
Otherwise, you should be able to access your old projects from whatever version of studio you have installed at the moment. Please note that UiPath offers backward compatibility, hence you should be able to access projects created in older version.
In my view, if you are to request trial license or even buy it, go for the latest LTS version rather than so old version.
Hope this helps.

Yes they can request a trail
But as 22.10 is little old…if its on legacy compatibility then there might be some hiccups to open else it should be opened …also depending on what activities and products are used even community can work for initial testing…but as per license terms its advised to request a trail
Cheers
Hi @wjian_991
Yes, they can.
Your customer can request a trial license directly from the UiPath website. UiPath provides a free trial for Studio and Orchestrator, which is enough for testing projects built in 22.10.x.
They just need to sign up using their work email on the UiPath licensing page, download Studio, and activate the trial. After that, they can import and test your projects without any issue.
Hi @wjian_991
Yes. customers can request a UiPath trial license for testing. UiPath provides a basic trial and standard trial, both meant for evaluation and non‑production testing.
Official docs confirm that trials are allowed for internal testing and last up to 60 days.
