Transpose columns to row in excel (Using C#)

Hi team,

I want to transpose columns to row in excel.

Input:

Transpose
Transpose1280×123 5.8 KB

expected output:
ExpectedOutput

Am getting an error Assign: there is no row at position 0

This is bit urgent, can someone help me please.
