I try to extract using machine learning extractor (because the only option that can be trained). Can i train machine learning extractor without AI Center?

No, you cannot train the Machine Learning Extractor without AI Center in UiPath. AI Center provides the infrastructure to train, deploy, and manage ML models. The Machine Learning Extractor relies on pre-trained models, but for custom training, you need AI Center to feed labeled data and retrain the model. Without AI Center, you can only adjust confidence thresholds but not improve extraction accuracy over time. If you need a trainable approach without AI Center, consider Intelligent Form Extractor with human validation instead. Let me know if you need help setting up AI Center! 
No you cannot train the documents with out AI Center to train the Machine learning skill. So if you are using Community edition, enable the Pro Trail edition to get access for the AI Center for 60 days for free. So you can train the documents and use the ML Skill in your workflow.
If you have less templates then better to use the Form Extractor.

may i know what packages that i need to install? i cannot find the Intelligent Form Extractor, i can only find Form Extractor
can you explain more specific in Document Understanding that i can use to train extractor as we can train classifier.

Yes for small projects and every time the templates structure will be same then we are very good to go with Form extractor. No need of Enterprise license nothing to use this.

Train extractor and train classifier cannot be used but you can train the documents using document understanding tab in orchestrator as well…please checkt he tab for understanding on it

Intelligent Form Extractor activity is deprecated and out of support. It has been removed from its respective package, which means you can only use it in workflows where it was previously added before this deprecation.
While workflows that contain the Intelligent Form Extractor activity continue to function normally, you can’t add the activity to any new workflows. We recommend using the Form Extractor activity instead.
