If you required you can just use the classic activities by applying the classic filter option in activities panel. Classic design is Deprecated in the new update of UiPath Studio. The option to switch from Classic to Modern is grayed off. If you create a new project now, then it will be in Modern design experience by default.

You can use the Classic activities in modern design experience project, but you cannot create a new classic project.

If you want to use classic activities,
Go to Activities panel → Click on Filter → Enable Classic.

If you are in really need of Classic Design Experience then the thread I gave above is the only way.

@patent-atanaka and @dhwang4 Modern is the default and only option starting with this release. You can still find old classic activities using the filter from activities panel if you want to use them.
