click image에서 마우스가 순간이동 하는 것이 아닌
이동하는 모습을 설정할 수 있나요?

First, type down shift with activity “Type into”. You have to remember to release it after hovering the mouse, otherwise, the shift will be typed down all the time. So after hover: another Type into activity, this time with pressing shift up.
You can also choose which shift you want to use. Left or Right.

Is there any way to do it with “image click”?

클래식 Click Image말고 Modern 액티비티의 Click에서는 속성값으로 해당 기능을 제공하긴 합니다.

Cursor motion type을 Smooth로 해놓으면 해당 위치로 부드럽게 마우스커서가 움직입니다.

클래식 액티비티로만 하는 경우 이미지 기준으로 마우스 이동은 아래 처럼 하면 되네요.
Find Image 액티비티의 출력 속성에 FoundElement 속성이 있는데, 여기에서 받은 변수를 Hover 액티비티의 입력 Element 속성에 넘겨주면 됩니다.
위와 마찬가지로 CursorMotionType 속성을 Smooth로 주면 마우스커서가 부드럽게 이동합니다.
