To retrieve the license file for updating the license

Hi all,

I am trying to upload the activation request file and generate the license file to update the license, but it is showing error as invalid license.

Please help me to generate the license file.

Thanks for your response.

I have raised support ticket and case has been created , but the created case has not been sent through mail that the case has been created.
