It would be cool if we could automatically create a ticket from incidents raised on the forum. Sometimes you need to validate check first before doing so, and currently there’s no easy link to the website.
We are in the automation game after all

I requested same in different thread earlier:
it can be done via api.
auto opening tickets from forum is not a good idea, i think. it needs some curation.
