Hi, instead of having thumbnail images I only have capital letters. This suddenly happened and the images are not coming back. What to do?

Hey @raven i’m expecting you did not face any problem in your process because of the images related issue. and for image related issue try to sigout and connect it again and try to clear cache it might be resolve the issue and also check if any update is not pending.

I disconnected the Machine Key, restarted assistant, connected again and faced the same problem of missing images not loading. What do you mean by clear cache?

Yes, the problem is not related to process, only images not loading/showing.

All updates installed

Thanks for prompt response on this @Catalina_Ianus. I just reinstalled the latest community version for some other POC and I observed the icons are back now.

I have UiPath Assistant 2025.0.161 - the last possible update, but I still have the error.
