Hello,
When I try to publish the project, an error appears:
The process cannot access the file ‘.849C9593-D756-4E56-8D6E-42412F2A707B’ because it is being used by another process.

The file is a system file, which appears in a folder which I want to publish.
It is used by onedrive.
I cannot stop onedrive, because it won’t start to publish at all. The folder is shared.
The file is not visible in Windows Explorer.
I reinstalled Windows and it did not help.

Another error that I get is:
Bad IL format. The format of the file 'C:\Users*.nuget\packages\UiPath.emgucvbundle\1.1.0\lib/net5.0/msvcp140_atomic_wait.dll’ is invalid. C:\Users*.nuget\packages\UiPath.emgucvbundle\1.1.0\lib/net5.0/msvcp140_atomic_wait.dll

(it comes for all files in the folder). I don’t know if it is connected.

Thanks but I have a totally new instalation. The link is correct.
The issue seems to be connected with OneDrive, but I cannot solve it.
‘.849C9593-D756-4E56-8D6E-42412F2A707B’ is a Windows system file.

If the OneDrive is causing the issue, then place the project folder where the OneDrive is not synching it, or disable the project folder from synch with OneDrive and retry the publish.

Moving the project to a subfolder helped resolving the problem.
