The operation was canceled -error when connecting Robot to orchestrator

Hi,
I am trying to connects the robot to orchestrator. But unfortunately I am getting the following error
“The operation was canceled”(Operation_cancelled.jpg).

How we can solve this issue?

@josmy Restart UiPath Robot service or your PC

To connects robot to orchestrator usually we give 3 Orchestrator Configuration values.
ie,

  1. Machine Name
  2. Orchestrator URL
  3. Machine Key

Community edition users usually give Orchestrator URL as " https://platform.uipath.com ".
Then there is a chance to get the above error. To solve this issue add your servicename and tenant name too in orchestrator url,like UiPath
