The difference between two "read range"

Hi,When I use read range to get data into a datatable,I found that the read range under the the App Integration chapter runs much faster than read range under the System chapter with the same xlsx file.
Anybody knows the difference between them!

Difference between Excel and Workbook activities

Excel activities can only be used within the Excel Application Scope. This effectively opens Excel albeit quickly.
