Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, comfortable working across departments to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support process optimization through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy robust RPA solutions using UiPath.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.

Analyze existing business processes and design scalable automation workflows.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated bots to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Monitor performance of RPA environments and ensure processes meet established SLAs.

Support users and team members with training and ongoing maintenance.

Participate in project planning, providing time and effort estimates for automation initiatives.

Stay informed on emerging RPA tools, techniques, and best practices.

Assist with software rollouts and version control.

Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high development standards.

Perform other duties as assigned in support of automation goals.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development is highly preferred.

Certifications:

UiPath certification preferred but not required.

Key Skills and Requirements
Proven proficiency with UiPath and the RPA development lifecycle.

Experience in business process analysis and process mapping.

Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations.

Programming experience in C#, Python, .NET, or VB is a plus.

Solid understanding of RPA best practices, testing, deployment, and support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organized with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Communication Skills

Strong ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Confident in presenting ideas one-on-one, in small groups, and to leadership teams.

Ability to write clear, concise documentation and communications.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work at a desk and operate a computer for extended periods.

Occasional movement around the office or workplace environment.

May involve bending, squatting, or twisting occasionally.
