Test execution word document is blank

Hello Team,

I am trying to execute scenarios that were successful in previous releases, but the test result Word document is not being generated now. However, the test assertion contains the steps and respective screenshots. I need urgent assistance to fix this issue as production execution is scheduled to commence tomorrow.

Welcome to the ocmmunity

When you say not generated is the option not coming or is it greyed out? Or is it throwing an error?

If a report is already generated try to remove it before generating again
