Take date of birth in excel sheet and place in to a web page

I have a problem for taking DOB in excel sheet and placing in to a web application page DOB section.
my data like below
First Name Last Name DOB Mobile
aaaa bbbb 09/08/2000 99999999999
ccc gggg 12/01/1990 888888888

U can’t insert dob in web page it is date time picker you can select a date by clicking.
