Table Border and Edit Table Cell

Hi, I have a question, is there a way to remove border of table after using insert datatable ? Like this screenshot below

And the word file that I automate has a template like this

The task is I have to insert datatable and replace the Bold word above, and make it into this below screenshot
image

But I am only able to insert the datatable into one cell of template, is there a way I can edit or add cell of the template ?
