Steps of extract mail info to excel

hi team,
i have use case to build bot that has following steps

  1. save email attachment ,
  2. then make mail as read.
  3. save email info (from , to , subject and body) to excel and
    for point 1 & 2 the steps are build successfully only step 3 get difficulty to implement. any one can help what is the right activity and steps to build saving mail information to excel or notebook???
