SQL Connection Orchestrator

Hi, I am having an issue while trying to set up a new user on an SQL database during Orchestrator set up, I have followed the process in the following link Prerequisites for Installation but I continue to see the following error message

@AnthonyS,You need to have permissions to create a user in sql.Try to login as administrator and assign permissions to the user

Open the SSMS as administrator rights.
