Something Went Wrong While Requesting The Access Token

Error fix for "Something went wrong while requesting the access token in your event viewer logs".

Issue Description: This error will happen due to some issue with the Identity Server itself. Solutions in this article are mainly to try re-enabling the Identity Server and to further review the event viewer logs for further clues.

Provide the Orchestrator.dll.config file and verify that both the external auth and integration parameters are enabled and try disabling and re-enabling them. Refer Orchestrator DLL Config - External Auth System Openid Connect Enabled .

  1. Access the Orchestrator url. Does it show the login page? No login?
  2. Access Orchestrator url / identity
  3. Provide the logs for both of these steps
