There is nothing problem at all.
These below packages are default.
UiPath.UIAutomationX.Activities
UiPath.System.Activities
UiPath.Excel.Activities
UiPath.Mail.Activities
These packages are required.
If you want lower version of this packages means you can change the drop down list strict to lower version Applicable. But make sure some activities not work at all. Just read the description once you notice that. You must aware of backward compatibility and forward compatibility.

But then why Can’t i see this.
I can see the Excel Read Range.
But i can’t get the Workbook Read Range.

You already have that the workbook read range activities in the panel.
just drag and drop.
If you want Classic design means disable the modern design in the project settings.
