The current process of generating Request for Proposal (RFP) document from meeting discussion is manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors.
Business analysts or project managers must thoroughly review lengthy recordings or transcripts to extract critical information such as project requirements, objectives, constraints, stakeholder intents, technical needs, compliance expectations, and delivery timelines.
This labor-intensive approach often results in inefficiency, inconsistency, information gaps, and analyst fatigue, especially as the volume of meetings increases.

Input Capture via UiPath Apps
Meeting transcript and selected technology stack are submitted through a user-friendly UiPath Apps interface.
Agentic Automation via UiPath Maestro
The entire solution is orchestrated using UiPath Maestro.
Multiple UiPath Agents are employed to:
Analyze the meeting transcript.
Generate contextual understanding of the discussion.
Draft a detailed proposal document.
Create a project timeline and identify license requirements.
Architectural Diagram Generation
An agent processes the generated content and calls the Kroki API to create an architectural flow diagram automatically.
Final Output Delivery
The completed PowerPoint file is automatically saved to a predefined shared location for stakeholder access
