I am getting following error message while using show form activity.

Does it support UiPath version=2022.10.13

Hi @Pavan_kumar15

Click on New → click on Form and create a form.

After you create a form the list of forms will be visible when you click on Select Form dropdown.

That’s your problem. You’re on an ancient version of Studio. Pay attention to the package details in Package Manager…

As mentioned by @postwick you need to have the Studio version 2023.4 or grater than one to create the Form.
