Hello, I was following some videos step by step of how to configure an Unattended Robot in Orchestrator, and I’m getting some errors.
HI,
For now, can you check if nobody is log-in the machine and UiPath is installed as ServiceMode in the machine? (or if the user is log-in when the process is triggered )
Regards,
HI @Manuel_Sori ,
presss windows+R, go to services.msc and check if the robot service is running in your machine
Thanks,
Pallavi.
Hi,
Did you install UiPath as Service mode?
If no, check the following document and install it as Service mode.
If yes, can you check the following document?
No Connection to the Robot Service - Cause A and B
Regards,
In fact, I do not have it installed in service mode, I have installed the community edition and by default it is installed in user mode (I don’t know how to change it to service), in the case of doing an unattended custom installation, yes I I would install in service mode, but only UiPath robot and Assistant would be installed, and I need UiPath Studio for developments.
Thank you,
All the best.
Hi,
Can you try as the following?
(Sorry but as my environment is Japanese settings, the following image is Japanese language.)
Choose “Custom”
Choose “All users”
Choose “Unattended Robot” and click “Detailed settings”
Check “Install UiPath Studio”
Regards,
Hello Yoichi,
In this case, UiPath is asking for a license. I cannot log in or connect to orchestrator, only through license.
I don’t know why, if it is community edition.
HI,
Can you try as the following?
First, Close the above window.
Next, Open UiPath Assistant as Administrator
Set URL, Client ID, Client Secret then connect
Click Sign-in to use Studio
Regards,
