Set excel zoom level @ 100% before saving excel & also scroll bar should be in center

Hi,

I am writing data to excel file and saving it. I want the zoom level to be set to 100% every time I save the file and also the scroll bar has to be in the center for every sheet in excel. How can I achieve this.

Has anyone done this or anyone knows how to do this?
