Service URL Sign in Error on VPN

Hello!

My questions are (onprem-Orchestrator):

  1. Why I cannot sign in with the Service URL when working with VPN (Red circle “Robot error” in UiPath Studio) but when I am connected in the office using the company network UiPath Studio is connected successully (Green Circle “Connected” UiPath Studio)?

When I try to sign in with the assistant oin Preferences/Orchestrator Setings I have this error in spanish when I am using VPN:
Se produjo un error durante el intento de conexión ya que la parte conectada no respondió adecuadamente tras un periodo de tiempo, o bien se produjo un error en la conexión establecida ya que el host conectado no ha podido responder.

Translation with google:
An error occurred during the connection attempt because the connected party failed to respond properly after a period of time, or the established connection failed because the connected host was unable to respond.

  1. Do you know how can I solve this problem please? A couruois thing happend when I am in VPN and is that I can go to chrome broser go to the orchestrator URL of my company and the page is displayed after some attemps correctly. This is confusing for me because I am have access to orchestrator webpage with VPN.

Have good day!

Are you sure that you have only a VPN? Or also a proxy?
In which mode is installed the robot/Studio? (User mode or Service Mode)

Hi @angel_ramirez
Make sure which mode your uipath installed (service Mode or user Mode)?
Service Mode - recommended for unattended automation scenarios and large-scale platform deployments, and runs with the same rights as the user under which it is registered.
User Mode - recommended for attended automation scenarios, and runs under the user that installed it, having the exact rights as that particular user.

It was permissions on VPN that needed to be granted, now is working and robot connected.

Thank you very much for your answers.
