Sending email templete in outlook with excel tables and signature

I have an email template with some text and 2 excel tables in the mail body which I need to send from my outlook using Ui Path. The mail body will remain the same only the bot will pick up the names of to and cc using business logic.

My question : Is there any way to send this email template as it is with the excel tables and signature using Send Outlook mail message activity or do I need to open outlook and develop on the Outlook user interface.
