As per error smtp need to be enabled for the user …you need to reachout to your it for that

i don’t really understand what i need to do, the email adress is working on the website but not on UiPath

Please in in debug mode…open the locals pane…check the exceptiond etails there or show here

Also can you please check the amtp settings youa re using

And post a screenshot of what details you are filling here

Can remove or use dummy values in the screenshot

The error did not change…it still says smtp is disabled

Please reach out to it

If its your personal account then enable smtp
