Send SMTP Error in Prod Machine

Hi All,
I am getting the below error when i am sending email through SMTP
Send SMTP Mail Messages: 5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain UiPath

i am facing this issue when i am running these code in production machine but when i run the same code in development machine with same serverdetails,port details and account details i am able to send the email.

Can anyone please help me on this

Check with the IT team that whether the STMP service is enabled in the Machine which you are trying?

how can i check if the STMP Services are enabled or not in that machine?

It’s better you raise it to your IT admin team, where they can check this for you
and they can even enable if they are not enabled
