as a last step of my process I have to send a bunch of emails to customers and I’m using the activity mentioned in the subject … so sometime it show back the error you see attached. Is there a final solution for that ? Tkx.
PS: can be I run it again and wont appears but it’s not relyable in queue context if process stop.

You can use the send outlook in a retry scope and try for couple of times if it fails.

Setting condition is not mandatory…you can leave it blank…
If an exception occurs inside the retry scope then it automatically retries after the specified time for the provided number of times
