Install UiPath.UiAutomation.Activiites package and you should get the record option.
It’s due to latest update of the Studio. From Studio version beyond 2025, every project you will be creating without a template will not have the UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package. We will have to install it manually for every project we will create.
