SAP is Struck

SAP is struck after the bot is clicking Editor Button in the Long Text for Document Line Item.
The issue is not happening when we try to recreate the scenario in the manual process for some user profiles.

Do you have scripting enabled? (Transaction RZ11)

I recommend using SAP activities to interact.

we have enabled SAP Gui Scripting and using SAP activities only for interactions.
The issue is happening on this screen alone.

From my experience, this happens when the activity is still “running”.
Are you using SAP package activities?

  • SAP WinGUI version
  • SAP WinGUI transaction
  • UiPath Studio version
  • UiPath UiAutomation Activity version
