Hello everyone ,

i am running job and getting error as

Run Job: Couldn’t find any user with unattended robot permissions in the current folder. Error code: 1671

You are missing unattended robot on the Orchestrator. Get unattended robot setup and you should be good.

This means that the folder you are running this process from doesn’t contain any robot account.

So add a robot account in that folder from orchestrator and you should be good.

Please note that if there is no robot setup already on orchestrator, then you will first need to create an unattended robot account there(follow video tutorial shared by @ashokkarale ) and then add it to the folder.

Hello,

The error code 1671 means the user’s Unattended Robot cannot be found in that specific folder (Petrole_POC_1).

Perhaps this is the problem:

  1. Check Orchestrator Folder Settings: Ensure the user is explicitly assigned to the folder.
  2. Robot Setup: Verify that an Unattended Robot is provisioned for that user within the same folder.
  3. Machine Template: Confirm the correct Machine Template is attached and online.

The solution is usually found by linking the User and the Unattended Robot correctly within the Folder settings in Orchestrator.
