SAP Account Management
Use Case Description
The process is for the creation, blocking and unlocking of SAP Account whenever there’s an approved and not completed request in SharePoint. Robot will get data from sharepoint list excel file and process the request in SAP by using SAP Accelerator for Basis than can be downloaded in the UiPath Marketplace. In this process, RPA will only call the BAPI for each SAP function(Create, block, unblock) without interfacing with the SAP GUI. Robot will only run in the background and process all request that is not yet completed from the excel source file. After processing the request, the robot will send an email to the requestor or RPA admin and process owner, update the sharepoint excel to tag the request as ‘completed’ and input the created username and password for the Account creation request.
