Hi everyone,

I’m facing a challenge. I’m new to UiPath and have been asked to provide RPA services to a remote client, but I’m unsure how to proceed.

I’ve watched a few videos on this topic, and most suggest using Windows’ built-in Remote Desktop. However, since I’m using the Home edition of Windows, that’s not an option for me. I’ve also seen some recommendations to use Citrix or VMware, but I’m not familiar with them. I’m open to learning, though.

Could you please advise on how I should tackle this situation?

What do you mean by that?

Do you have to automate applications available on that remote machine from your personal machine?

Ok and I assume you would be running the automation from your machine. I that’s the case, you will have to use Remote Desktop or VMWare as per client’s infrastructure.
