Robot cannot sign in

click sign in,but it doesnot works

Let us know the results after you followed the steps below:

  1. Locate UiPath Studio and UiPath Platform Installer (in case they exist) in the Apps and features / Programs and Features Windows settings. For example, in Windows 10, select Start Menu > Settings > Apps and features > UiPath Studio , and then select Uninstall .

  2. Delete the below UiPath Folders if they exist:

  • The settings in the folders %PROGRAMPDATA%\UiPath, %LOCALAPPDATA%\UiPath, and %APPDATA%\UiPath
  • %TEMP%
  • The packages folder %USERPROFILE%.nuget\packages
  • The NuGet cache folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\NuGet\v3-cache
  • The Assistant processes folder in the Windows Start menu %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\UiPath Assistant Processes

  1. Restart the machine

  2. Try to install the latest version https://download.uipath.com/versions/22.4.6/UiPathStudio.msi as it is mentioned here Installing the Robot

  3. Restart the machine

  4. Open UiPath Assistant and try to connect to Orchestrator using the Preferences → Orchestrator Settings → Machine Key → Connect then Sign in
