Reusable Component approach - Local file storage

Hi,

In the “Implementation Methodology” course - part 3 “Preparation”, there’s a Reusable Component approach called “Local File Storage”. Could you please tell me what these really mean:

  1. “Add the network path to the Library in Studio”. I know how to do this. But I don’t understand what’s the use of this action in the approach.
  2. “In case a reusable needs to be changed, manual re-publishing and re-deploying are required”?

To sum up, how do we refer Reusable components in a project using this approach?
