I am an MSc student researching adaptive prioritization in RPA financial process. (Vendor payment, payroll, reconciliation)
In practice, I’ve seen multiple automations competing for bot capacity, with prioritization often handled manually using static queue priorities or negotiations. My research explores whether adaptive prioritizatio (considering SLA risk, deadlines, backlog size, business impact, etc.) would better reflect real urgency.
