Replace Comma with Dot From Notepad

Hi All,

There is a a column in the notepad which contains comma but after converting it to Excel the comma should be replaced by Dot.
eg.
Input
233,45
1,223
2,334

Output
233.45
1.223
2.334
and this output needs to be written into excel after the notepad file gets converted to excel.’

Please help.
