Try to select all the data rows in excel sheet and sort them either ascending or descending order. If there is a header, exclude it while doing sorting. So that all the empty rows will go to the bottom.
read range to Data table and Data table select with Not NULL criteria will result the rows with out Null in column you are looking for. Please let me know if its helpful.
