Regarding activities not working in new update for API or connection related activities

Description

Hello Everyone,

I am running an automation which uses an OCR reader to read captcha and type into an input field. The issue i am facing is when i run the automation from UiPath studio or run the automation process from UiPath assistant manually it runs perfectly but when the automation process is run on time trigger it is giving issue regarding invalid API key. Please help resolve the issue as it is affecting my critical daily activities.

can you check the api key first…also can you show the complete error

in unattended is it using any other user/machine? did it run perfectly in unattended before?what license are you under

Could you please confirm below:

  1. did you run it attended on separate machine?
  2. is the orchestrator environment/tenant different where you are running via time trigger than the one when you ran via assistant?
  3. are you able to share the screenshot from your logs for that api key error?
  4. if orchestrator environments are different, api key may be different so please verify api key.
