I’m Aaron, from Pennsylvania. He/him pronouns. I work in operational support at a call center. Day to day I perform various tasks, mostly related to managing messages on our IVR system, and coordinating with our IT group to resolve systems outages affecting customers or the call center agents.
I use and interact with many RPA bots throughout my day to day. I’d like to learn to create my own for my repetitive tasks. I am hoping I can use this skillset to grow professionally as well.
