Reading from mail

Hi Guys

I just want to read the mail from the output and execute the sequence accordingly.

Mail body will contains text and tabular format. We should read the tabular format from the mail and execute the sequence.

How to read the tabular format (don t want coding activities will help me in building). I have attached the screen shot of the mail. Mail

All I can think of is basically do a datascrap, you get the output as a “Data Table” and you can then paste that output (in table format) anywhere.
