Read Rangeしたら年月日データが文字化けしました

UiPath Studio 2023.10.0 EnterPrise Licenseの初心者ユーザです。

Read Range（Workbook）アクティビティでExcelをdtに取得後、ローカルパネルでdtの中身を見ると、添付画像のとおり、年月日だけが文字化けしました。
表示形式を保持オプションをチェックしても状況は変わりませんでした。対処法が分かる方、対処法をご教示ください。
なお、文字化けした年月日は下記の書式でした。

As I mensioned, I have tried it.
However, I tried it by “read range(workbook)” activity.
I will try by “read range activity” next Monday.

原因は、Read Range(Workbook)アクティビティのbugでした。Excel Process Scopeの中で動くRead Rangeアクティビティだと和暦の文字化けは発生しませんでした。

Cheer @gorby ,
read workbook should only be used when we have not installed Excel application. If we have installed Excell Application, we should use Excel scope and read range inside, it will be more optimal. That’s the way it is with my experience

Could you tell me why? I did not have any trouble with read/write range (workbook)activity if I do not use Japanese calendar so far.
