@mita29 well I got the following input from @ppr “we do see Name. Often in such a scenario a Space after the column name leads to this issue. May we ask you to check if the column names are text only without any space on start or end. Thanks”

and then I changed some settings to general or text

in excel as indicated in the screenshot and it worked.
